Community Guidelines

1. Respect the community

Every user must treat other people with respect. Differences in sport, origin, gender, age, identity, ability, religion or opinion do not justify abuse.

• Bullying, harassment, stalking, humiliation and targeted intimidation are prohibited.
• Repeated unwanted contact or coordinated attacks against another person are prohibited.
• Threats against users, groups, organisations or the public are prohibited.

2. Pornography and sexual content

Pornographic, sexually explicit or exploitative content is not permitted on iLoveSport.

• Pornography, explicit sexual acts and sexual services are prohibited.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content and sexual harassment are prohibited.
• Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Threats, violence and dangerous activity

• Credible threats, encouragement of violence and instructions intended to harm another person are prohibited.
• Content celebrating serious injury, terrorism or violent criminal activity is prohibited.
• Dangerous challenges that create a serious and avoidable risk of injury are prohibited.

4. Hate speech

iLoveSport does not permit attacks against people based on protected personal characteristics.

• Hate speech, dehumanising language and calls for exclusion or violence are prohibited.
• Content attacking people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation is prohibited.
• Symbols or organisations used to promote hatred or violent extremism are prohibited.

5. Illegal content and activity

• Users may not offer, request, promote or organise illegal goods, services or activities.
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, impersonation and deceptive financial schemes are prohibited.
• Content that violates copyright, privacy or other legal rights may be removed.
• Instructions intended to facilitate serious crimes are prohibited.

6. Spam and manipulation

• Repetitive advertising, mass messaging and deceptive links are prohibited.
• Buying or selling fake followers, likes, views or engagement is prohibited.
• Malware, phishing and attempts to obtain passwords or financial information are prohibited.

7. Privacy and personal information

• Do not publish another person’s private address, telephone number, financial information or confidential records.
• Do not share private images or conversations without the required permission.
• Accounts must not impersonate another person or organisation in a misleading way.

8. What is welcome

• Respectful sports discussions, personal experiences and constructive feedback.
• Training motivation, sporting achievements and responsible health information.
• Friendly competition and disagreement without personal attacks.

9. Reporting and blocking

Users can report users, posts and comments from within the app. Reports are sent to the iLoveSport Admin Center for moderation.

Blocking immediately restricts personal interaction between the two users. A report does not automatically suspend an account. The iLoveSport moderation team reviews reports and decides the appropriate action.

10. Moderation actions

Depending on the seriousness, context and history of a violation, iLoveSport may:

• Remove or restrict content.
• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently delete an account.
• Preserve information or contact authorities where legally required or necessary to protect people.

Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. A report alone does not prove that a violation occurred.

11. Appeals and mistakes

If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, contact iLoveSport and provide the relevant account, content and decision information. Appeals are reviewed separately.
